Dedeaux
Once known as Ranger Dan for his firefighting skills, Dan Triplett has now become Danger Dan on his bicycle. Taking a break from his career in real estate, Dan has been working weekends to build a ATBMX track. One of the advantages of working in real estate is that you have opportunity to come across land. This piece of land, that we will call Dedeuax for now, provided us with a great opportunity to build an ATBMX track. What you can't see from in the pics is even more trails back in the woods. Right now it is private, but maybe things will loosen up in the future.

Update January 2005
Dan ain't playin', 40 loads of red dirt and a John Deere. We'll have to work on the JD skills, if you know what I mean. Now it's down to the shovels, so if you got one and you're on the gulf coast, contact us Now if it would just stop raining on the weekends.

  Update March 2005
A little rain never hurt no one... It sure makes for some muddy shoes though. We've been trying to squeeze some track work in between the rain-filled weekends to finish up the reincarnated Dedeaux track. Otherwise, it has been absolutely beautiful during the weekdays when we can't ride. Things are coming along though and the track should be in primo condition by mid-spring. Right now we've got some nice red clay that shapes perfectly into jumps and berms. Ethan tries out the new track while Dan digs a drainage ditch.
