ATBMX Outlaw Bike Event Series 2004 Calendar and Information

What exactly is atbmx? We have broken things down into 3 disciplines including enduro, freestyle and race. The enduro will be much like a very fun and fast trail ride, but unlike a 2-3 hour cross-country race. It will feature singletrack and open roads with jumps, berms, bridges, drops and technical terrain. Freestyle will be just as it sounds, but will vary from location to location. Some venues may feature ramps while others will have jumps and rhythms. The race will be motocross style racing on exciting tracks. Racers will compete in a moto transfer format and qualify for a main event. A full explanation of rules and guidelines will be forthcoming. At this point our system will be open source and free to any and all event organizers. We are not trying to start a new sanctioning body, just hoping to improve on a system that hasn't changed in years. Hopefully, our format will be improved upon as well and adapted by many. So, if this sounds like fun, help us spread the word and support our events by competing and bringing your friends. It will be just like the old days, but better.
